Sail in Toronto Without Owning a Boat!

For forty five years, Westwood Sailing Club has been providing affordable access to sailing in Toronto. Westwood is an adult recreational sailing club, a sailing school, a place to meet new friends, and a fun place to spend the summer. Membership includes access to our fleet of over twenty club-owned sailing dinghies, as well as our pleasant waterfront location close to downtown Toronto.

Unlike a yacht club, Westwood is rustic and laid-back, more like a cottage in the city. Our not-for-profit community club offers several sessions of adult sailing lessons on our two-person sailing dinghies. A funky clubhouse, barbecues, picnic tables, organized social sailing, racing, and a lively social scene round out the effect.

Sail All Summer

Westwood is one of the greatest recreational deals in Toronto. You never have to reserve a boat and there are no additional fees. All you have to do is join, then come down, hop in a boat, and sail away.
