Membership Application Form

Westwood invites you to become a member today. We have an online membership application process that allows new and returning members to register and sign up for classes.

The first step to becoming a member is to create your Membership Profile. It only takes a few short minutes. After you have your login name and password, you can access the online membership application form and sign up for classes. You have the option to pay your membership and class fees by cash, cheque or pay-pal.

If you are a returning member who is renewing their membership, please ensure your Membership Profile is up to date before clicking "Submit" and proceeding the membership and class selection page.
