Holiday Party and AGM 2
Sunday, December 11, 2011 from noon until 4:00pm at the Westwood Clubhouse.

You're invited to the Westwood Holiday Party and AGM 2. The holiday party starts at noon. Please bring an snack or dessert food item for the potluck meal and a gift under $20 for the secret santa gift exchange.

The Annual General Meeting Part 2 will start at 1:00 PM. Agenda items include a review of financial reports by our outside auditors, announcement of new safety rules (arising from the Nacra incident), determination of the maximum number of regular members in the club, and motions to amend the By-laws (specifically, sections 6 (re eligibility for election as Commodore) and 56 (re annual Albacore purchase)).

After we wrap up the AGM, we'll continue the party. Don't miss it.
